Lean muscle burns fat efficiently and continuously, so make sure your muscles are working for you around the clock. All levels welcome, these exercises adapt easily to all levels.
YOGA FOR PEACE + HAPPINESS
Recent research has shown that how you stand and move has a profound effect on your self-esteem and sense of wellbeing. In this non-competitive, gentle yoga class, you will experience this positive effect first hand. All levels of fitness are honored. Friendly, loving group. Because Celena has been teaching yoga for over 20 years, she can suggest alternative poses and help you develop your own personal practice.

FIT AND SILVER
This is a chair based core exercise program that works the whole body. These exercises increase strength, flexibility, balance and agility through a fun music driven whole body workout.
Zumba Gold® is designed to be approachable by all populations, regardless of fitness level. Zumba Gold® is a low-impact work out that builds strength, mobility and balance without straining the joints. Come join the party! Experience with dance is not required.
Punch card is good for 10 classes for any Zumba Gold® or Fit & Silver class. Select as many days a week as you would like to attend. No dance experience required.
Fitness where it belongs! Park Fit class incorporates ARD outdoor fitness circuit with balance training, suspension and body weight exercises, and cardio on the 1/2 mile park path. Featuring slacklining for balance, focus and full body conditioning, Park Fit is unlike any workout you have done before, and will keep you coming back for more.
Shotokan Karate of America, Foothill Dojo, is a non-profit organization that teaches authentic traditional karate for the mind, body, and spirit. In addition to teaching self-defense, this class offers individual and group training focused on developing one’s strength of character. As taught by masters originating from Japan, Okinawa, and Ancient China, SKA Foothill’s Seniors have decades of knowledge and experience to pass on to all levels, from beginners to the experienced. This class will help improve coordination, quicken reflexes, build stamina and overall physical and mental health.
If you are looking for a form of self-defense and would like the ability to face yourself and adversities strongly, while at the same time demonstrate courtesy, integrity, humility, and self-control, this class, led in a safe environment by seniors who are dedicated to the same, is for you.
White Dragon Tai Chi 145 move Long Form. The health benefits of Tai Chi have been acknowledged by western medicine for years. Equally as important is the fact that it is fun! Come challenge yourself at all levels!
Develop core strength and flexibility with an emphasis on neutral spine. Pilates is appropriate for any age and any physical ability. Pilates mat work is where it all started and no previous experience is necessary. Bring a sense of humor and be ready to work!

Learn the art of the sword! Truly an activity for all ages, this exciting European martial art conditions the entirety of both the mind and body. Historical fencing relies on skill and timing rather than agility and strength. This art form is incredibly diverse and includes aspects of history, science, sport and practical self-defense. No experience necessary; the Diamond Rose Academie has been successfully instructing students since 1999.
