    Unwind from the weekly grind with this low impact yoga class. Learn to use your Vjjayi Breath as Dani Joy guides you through posture improving poses. Recommended for beginners and all levels.

    FAITH’S DOG TRAINING

    All about the basics - socialization skills, boundaries, appropriate dog body language including: come, sit, down, stay and walking under control on a leash. All dogs must have current vaccinations, Rabies, Distemper, Parvo and Bordetella. Bring a 4-6’ leash, collar and clean-up bags.

    “strum along fun”

    “Strum Along Fun!” Join in on a class that is strictly for beginning guitar. Mariann will introduce tuning, a simple strumming pattern, and two chord songs.

    CPR / First Aid

    This class teaches adult and infant CPR and training with the Automated External Defibrillator. Learn the basics of First Aid with hands-on classroom experience. Fee includes an American Red Cross card good for two years and an American Red Cross certificate, good for three years. This class qualifies boys and girls for scout merit badges.

    (LAKE & CALM WATERS)

    Seize the Day and leave your worries and fears behind you. This small group class is the easiest way for anyone to try kayaking. Our stable kayaks and experienced instructors will show you how simple, safe and fun kayaking really is. Did you know that kids and women usually pick it up the quickest? Bring a friend and make a day of it exploring the Lake’s hidden spots and learning the basics of how to be under your own power on the water.

    SUNSET/Full Moon Paddles

    We’ll glide through introductory skills before cutting our quiet paths across the water and into hidden swamps and channels. All beneath the fascinating light and ghostly shadows of the setting sun and rising moon. We’ll have the stillness of the lake to ourselves but for the sounds of animals and birds settling down at twilight.

    Sewing 101-Sewing for Survival

    Come learn the sewing survival skills with Michele. This basic class will start with learning to darn a sock and move on to altering clothes to fit; as well as meeting the machine. Bring something to mend and we’ll get started right away showing you how to fix it. A $15 materials fee is due to the instructor the first day of class for a kit you will keep. Participants must know how to thread a needle.
