Kids Yoga This fun class introduces yoga

FAMILY Yoga Fun playful yoga class. Designed for the whole family, specifically families with younger children. Introduction to meditation, breathing, and yoga postures. Class includes music, free dance, games, and laughing. Fun quality time with your family and a chance to be in community.

Middle School Yoga Middle school yoga is designed to meet the needs of your middle school age child. Too young for adult classes and too old for kids’ yoga, this class is just right to learn meditation, breathing and a lot of yoga postures in a relaxed, and fun environment. Give your kids the skillful tools to handle the many emotions they feel.

YOGA-ART DAY CAMP This camp is designed to motivate children to be active, build confidence, and manage the spectrum of emotions that they experience in their day to day lives. Children will get the opportunity to learn yoga poses, meditation, and breathing, using games and music. We do mindful arts and crafts, too!

Windmill Softball Pitching Beginning and advanced students will be accepted in this class. Beginning students will learn windmill motion (step style) and various pitches. Class will be divided by ability in two 35 minute classes. Students need their own catcher.

STRIKER SOCCER SKILLS CAMP This unique training camp focuses on SCORING GOALS! The first part of the day is spent working through a variety of fun and high energy training activities focused on improving goal scoring techniques. The second part of each day students test their goal scoring skills in a daily tournament.

Mighty Mites Basketball This guided-discovery parent/child class will give you an opportunity to help your child develop movement skills while socializing with other pre-schools tots. This challenging program introduces your pre-school child to fun eye to hand and eye to foot activities.

Tiny Tots Soccer- T- Ball This 9-week program incorporates soccer PLUS t-ball! Children will learn foundational sports skills in addition to developing gross motor control and vital social-emotional skills such as listening, turn taking, and teamwork. Children will receive jerseys, certificates, and a medal. Some parent participation is required.

Little Leapers Soccer This 9-week program uses soccer as a platform to enhance the development of listening, sharing, taking turns, and social skills. Parents are encouraged to participate. Children will receive custom jerseys, a medal and a certificate.

Tiny Warriors This is a class centered to build coordination, develop basic tumbling skills, and work on upper body strength and inspire them to keep moving in our high-spirited facility. Courses are designed to meet their skill level, and get them to listen and follow directions.

Red Group Our 3 to 4 year old class is available to children who are ready to participate in teacher-lead classes. Students develop coordination and social skills. Instructors work on taking turns, and learning to participate in class without parent assistance.
