Kids Yoga

This fun class introduces yoga and meditation to school age children in a fun playful way. The first 15 minutes is allowed for settling in: eating a snack and socializing. Then the yoga begins. We learn postures, breathing techniques, and meditation using age-appropriate games and music.

FAMILY Yoga

Fun playful yoga class. Designed for the whole family, specifically families with younger children. Introduction to meditation, breathing, and yoga postures. Class includes music, free dance, games, and laughing. Fun quality time with your family and a chance to be in community.

Middle School Yoga

Middle school yoga is designed to meet the needs of your middle school age child. Too young for adult classes and too old for kids’ yoga, this class is just right to learn meditation, breathing and a lot of yoga postures in a relaxed, and fun environment. Give your kids the skillful tools to handle the many emotions they feel.

YOGA-ART DAY CAMP

This camp is designed to motivate children to be active, build confidence, and manage the spectrum of emotions that they experience in their day to day lives. Children will get the opportunity to learn yoga poses, meditation, and breathing, using games and music. We do mindful arts and crafts, too!
