NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ADOPT CERTAIN FINDINGS AND APPROVE A FINANCE AGREEMENT,
AND RELATED LOAN DOCUMENTS WITH STERLING NATIONAL BANK TO
FUND ENERGY RELATED IMPROVEMENTS AT AUBURN AREA
RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT FACILITIES

The Auburn Area Recreation and Park District Board of Directors shall
hold a public hearing on December 17, 2020 at 6pm for the purposes of
taking public comment, adopting the findings and approving a Finance
Agreement and related necessary loan documents with Sterling
National Bank to fund the implementation of certain energy
conservation improvements to Auburn Area Recreation and Park
District facilities in accordance with California Government Code
